2.How to enter:
To enter the sweepstakes, visit the Domaine Laroche site at http://www.domainelaroche.com and complete the official entry form.  Only one entry per household (same surname, same address).  You will be asked to provide your first and last name, complete address, city, state, postal code, telephone number, fax number, date of birth, and e-mail address on the entry form.  Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (GMT + 1) on 16 April 1999.  Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (GMT + 1) on 15 October 1999.  No responsibility is assumed by DOMAINE LAROCHE for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or for any computer, online, telephone, human error or technical malfunctions that may occur.  All entries become the property of DOMAINE LAROCHE and will not be returned.  FRANCE ONLY: In keeping with law no. 78 - 17 from 06/01/78 relating to computer files, you have the right to access and rectify any information concerning yourself and you may decline any computer processing of the data you provide.

3.Winner Selection/Deadline Dates:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 16 October 1999 from among all eligible online entries received.  The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive 12 crystal drinking glasses from the Vinum series by the glass-maker Riedel.  Six glasses will be the white wine/Chardonnay model and the other 6 will be the Syrah model (estimated value: 1386 F), delivered to the address stated on the entry form.  All shipping costs and duty will be prepaid.  Prize is not redeemable for cash.  No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes permitted by contestants.

5.Eligibility:

This sweepstakes is open only to eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law.  Employees of DOMAINE LAROCHE, Supranos Group Inc., their respective affiliates, importers, distributors, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, agents and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

6.General Conditions:
Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the judges which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.  This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of both the United States and of France.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  The prize will be awarded and the winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call, or mail on or about 19 October 1999.

7.Internet:
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of DOMAINE LAROCHE which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, DOMAINE LAROCHE reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  DOMAINE LAROCHE assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.  DOMAINE LAROCHE is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by DOMAINE LAROCHE on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. The complete rules are available for free upon written request by sending a self-addressed envelope to the address above (Article 8).  FRANCE ONLY: Reimbursement of connection fees for Sweepstakes registration (indicate date and hour of registration) is available upon written request, at an inclusive rate of 5 FF TTC.  Reimbursement of stamp, at the package postal rate in use (for both the request for rules and for connection reimbursement) is also available upon written request.  Send a self-addressed envelope to the address above (Article 8).  Only one reimbursement per household (same address, same name).  Sweepstakes rules are also available for consultation on the internet.
